Would a President Rubio sign such an act, which would amend the 1964 Civil Rights law of the U.S.to add the behaviors of homosexuality and gender confusion as protected categories? It would also cut off any defense using a religious freedom law. Fascist? You bet! Would a President Cruz sign such a law? Would a President Trump? Or President Carson?
