Federal Hocus Pocus Lets She-Males in the Girls’ Room

Linda Harvey, Barbwire.com

Abracadabra! Homosexuality and gender confusion are now federal civil rights and local schools must go along.

Abracadabra! Your children must learn about sexual “fluidity,” that they are ever-changing sexual beings and they’re all partial boys, partial girls.

And yet none of this is law or reality. It’s the magical mystery tour of sexual deviants who really love messing with the hearts and souls of your children and using government power to do it.

Parents have a lot to think about over the summer months while children are home from school. One worthwhile vacation activity might be to contact congressional representatives. The message? Urge them to get behind a bill to stop the invention of policies by the U.S. Departments of Justice and Education pushing “LGBT” depravity on local schools and into the lives of vulnerable children.

It needs to be done soon, as parents in Fairfax (Virginia), Minneapolis and elsewhere can attest. Families are outraged at being deceived and their concerns dismissed by the looming threats of phony federal “laws” or loss of federal funding.

Proposed Federal Law: Don’t Sway People from Homosexuality or Else

Selwyn Duke, The New American

In the beginning, the homosexual agenda was about the right to be an “out” homosexual without government interference.

Now it’s about using the government to prohibit efforts to get out of homosexuality.

And the latest attack on this front is the ominously named “Therapeutic Fraud Prevention Act” (TFPA), which would ban same-sex-attraction and “gender identity” reparative therapy. This is psychological counseling whose goal is to help people mitigate or eliminate unwanted same-sex attractions or the phenomenon whereby a person’s perceived sex doesn’t match his actual one.

The TFPA was introduced in Congress today by Representative Ted Lieu (D-Calif.), who authored his state’s 2012 ban on reparative therapy. After the Golden State’s action, D.C. and New Jersey (with Governor Chris Christie’s signature) followed suit in prohibiting the therapy, and a similar ban is in front of openly bisexual governor Kate Brown of Oregon.

Judges Can’t Define Marriage

Kevin Nestor, Mansfield News-Journal

In June, the Supreme Court will issue its opinion on whether or not the U.S. Constitution requires the fundamental redefinition of civil marriage in all 50 states.

For the moment, civil marriage has been fundamentally redefined in 37 states, yet this redefinition was enacted by the people, or their representatives, in just 11 states. Judges decreed this fundamental redefinition in the other 26 states.

While loud voices proclaim these judicial decrees to be lawful, they are not. Though an appearance of lawfulness exists, this appearance is a blatant deception. The judges — and in many cases, judge — who issued these opinions stepped far outside their lawful constitutional power and authority.
